Snuffy is a small lime green, later yellow propeller-driven 4-year-old monoplane who is a good friend of Jay Jay and Tracy.
Bio
Snuffy is the youngest plane of the group and his specialty is skywriting. He is happy, but always bothered with sniffles (sometimes from all the smoke that he fills) and when he speaks, he sounds stuffed up. But even so, the gentle warmth and compassion in his heart always come through. Since Snuffy is experiencing most things for the first time, he's a bit cautious and sometimes his fear of new things gets the most of him. But, he manages to overcome his fears and move forward to the next challenge. When Snuffy didn't know something, he asked Jay Jay and he would guess the thing to him.

Appearance
Snuffy is a skywriting monoplane who is fair-skinned has blue eyes and buckteeth. He is painted lime green with yellow patches on either side, and thin yellow lines on his landing gear. His propeller is wooden with a red tip. His wheels are black with silver hubcaps.
In the revival, Snuffy's no longer painted green. He's repainted a yellow color and has brown eyes.

Instrumental Signifier
In the model series, the music that accompanies Snuffy's appearance is played by the saxophone. But in the main series, the music that accompanies Snuffy's appearance is played by the clarinet.
Trivia
- Snuffy's CGI series look and model series look include a few minor differences:
- Snuffy has an entirely black propeller while CGI has a wooden propeller with a red tip and CGI Snuffy had a targeter on his head while the model version of Snuffy doesn't have one.
- In the model version, Snuffy was seen with regular teeth while in the CGI series, Snuffy had buckteeth.
- In the model version, Snuffy's voice sounded a bit older while in the CGI series, Snuffy sounded younger.
- Spring flowers make Snuffy allergic.
- Snuffy is voiced by Sandy Fox in the later episodes of the series, who also voiced Tracy and Tuffy as well.
- Snuffy never spoke whenever he was in an episode about butterflies.
- In the CGI series, when voiced by Sandy Fox (who also does Tracy and Tuffy), his voice sounds very much like Male Kana from Fire Emblem Heroes.
- His name has the same ending syllable ("-uffy") and rhymes with Tuffy's name.
- Snuffy is the youngest within the main group.
- If one counts Tuffy, he would be the second youngest.
- When one hears Snuffy's voice in the CGI series, one thinks he may have a cold, but he doesn't really have a cold. Sometimes he sounds like he does, but because he's such a young plane he sometimes sounds like he's all stuffed up. He's actually a very healthy, young skywriting plane.
- Snuffy is four in the show as his age was never revealed, which means he was born in 1994.
